Caroline joined Hampden Bank in 2026, bringing more than 20 years' experience in banking and extensive expertise in property finance. She works closely with property investors and developers, providing tailored lending solutions and building long-term relationships with clients throughout their property journey.

She began her career with Close Brothers, where she spent over two decades supporting property finance clients. In 2016, she relocated from London to the firm's Edinburgh property office, continuing to develop her expertise in the Scottish property market.
