Caroline is one of the founding bankers at Hampden Bank. She specialises in supporting complex family businesses and works closely with clients involved in property, agriculture, landed estates and international interests.
She began her career with the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation in 1990 before joining Adam & Company in 1997. Caroline joined Hampden Bank in 2014 and has played an important role in the Bank’s growth ever since.
Outside work, Caroline is an accomplished horse rider and continues to compete regularly in eventing competitions across the UK. In 2025, she received the Career Achievement Award at the Citywealth Powerwomen Awards in recognition of her contribution to the industry.
